WiLAN Ethernet Adaptor & Inserter

HELP!!!

Some people came around to my place while I was away and stuck a satellite receiver on the tv aerial and a black box in my computer room. There was no information left with my mother so I have no idea who to contact to set it up. This is being done in Donnybrook/Boyanup area in Western Australia so if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.
