Working on Government Short Film, need props!

Hey,

Im working with a bunch of my friends and the town law enforcement on a short film involving government police (FBI, USMS, DEA, ATF, ect). And I need a few ideas on clothing. I need a trenchcoat or Topcoat since were shooting a winter scence (and ive always wanted one) but i cant find the one i want. http://www.defenselink.mil/news/Feb2003/200302039b.jpg the guy on the far left has one, but im looking for it to be black, not blue And it needs to be in my size, like extra small (28). Also, when it comes to badges, I know there is controversy and laws stating you cant use them, but as I am an amateur film maker, im looking for badges like FBI, USMS, and other agencies. I read somehwere that the only way you get those badges is if they are used as props only. Anyways, i need to find some replica badges too. I have the shades covered, I have the Suits covered, and I got the rest of it down, but im missing thse two things stated above.
