Highlight Color

Hey everyone! Is there anyway to change the color when you highlight text in Windows XP? I know you can do so easily in OS X. In addition, how can you change the small icons that show up when browsing a folder? I'm talking about those small icons with stems coming down from beneath. I've already altered the regular folder icons and they work great. Thanks in advance!

The highlighted text color is a color template defined in the theme (.msstyle) that you're using. I don't know if this can be changed (I mean, just the color but not the theme) but try DesktopArchitect (google it), it may helps.

Good luck.

to change the 16x16 icon, open the icon in an icon-editing app, and edit the 16x16 entry.

if you go to display properties|appearance|advanced|selected items, it will change it
