[Help]What application is being used for this configuration?

I hope this is the right forum for this... if its not i'm deeply sorry.

I was wondering if someone could direct me to where exactly i can find this application and config (specifically i would like to have my net monitor appear on my taskbar as so):

I have done a forum search for that cpu, ram, and net monitor but to little avail. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

thats actually Avedesk, and if im correct its reanchous desk and he made those himself..

If it is rean's desk, he uses AveDesk. He just places the sysstats desklets on top of ObjectBar.
