Well I took my parents to the SoHo apple store in New York. They loved the macs, and have decided to get me a 17" powerbook, possibly with a 23" flat pannel cinema display. If I get the 17" I'll freak!!!!

They haven't bought it for me yet, but there's a 75-90% chance that they will soon (as in within the net few weeks). Apple computers are eye-candy, what can I say.

There aren't any black ones. They've shown the picture of one with the lights out to show off the illuminated lights.
Hope you enjoy your new iPod JMitch. I've got one of the "old" 10GB models and love it to bits.

My parents are not loaded, I'm just getting a great deal like I always do. The whole package ofr $2900. I'm slick like that. Whose parents wouldn't buy them a Cinema Display and 17" powerbook for a price like that; after seeing the products in the apple store that is. And for god sakes I haven't got it yet, so stop asking for pics etc. If I do get it I'll take a picture with my analog camera, develop it, scan it, and then post it here. Furthermore I'm not desprerate to become a senior member (but it would be nice if you guys voted me in) Kapish!!! Also I think DHSMaroon13 and FissyB should also be voted in, they've been participating actively here, and its only polite to reward them (hopefully and me) for making this board better for all of us.

Grusic was like one of the first senior members, he is a real senior member you know, 53 years old. By the way Magbi9, you're a lucky bastard, we asked to be senior members on the same day and they gave it to you after 4 hours, and they still haven't given it to me.
