installing/changing app. icons

This is a very simple question, but I couldn't find an answer anyhwere. I already know how to change the desktop and taskbar icons, but I want to know how I can change the actual icon of an application so that it won't just be the icons on the desktop that are customized.

Do u want to change the application icon?

Then you need resedit or resbuilder to open the program file

Then look for the icon groups and change the ico.

remember, u need to have icons of ico format. U cannot use PNGs this way.
