Mac OSX - Cursor XP?

Hello all. I have downloaded a WinRAR set of Mac OSX cursors I would like to use. When I open up Cursor XP, it wont let me choose this RAR set of cursors, when I click "Browse". How do I install these cursors?

download them or have someone send them to you... then open up the "mouse" control panel item and go to the pointers tab and change them

Does anybody know how to change a Windows cursor to look like the Mac Cursor? I have tried simply using the black cursor provided in Windows XP but it's not as refined as the Mac cursor. I don't have WinRAR I have winzip so I can't download any WinRAR files. Can someone possibly send it to me? Thanks.

you can download winrar and use to extract the files... and change everything from your windows control panel.
