I was thinking about Miranda IM earlier today and then started playing with Photoshop trying to come up with a skin of my own. Was aiming for some nice matching colors and something clean, I ended up with this and I quiet like it.
Can anyone make this come to life? I got the fonts and the PSD file for those who are interested and are willing to take on this.
That actually doesn't even look complicated...I don't have ALL the skills, but you could get everything but the avatars just modding Fiat, the default skin included with IEview.
karma.police, among others, has done the tilted avatars. See if you can get in touch with him (not that he's obligated to do it or anything).

Yep it's actually quite easy. I don't know If it's possible to do the avatar, at least not exactly as your mock.

Actually I found a way to rotate the avatar, I don't know if it will eat more memory but I can try it 
is anyone still working on this? ... because it would be really neat!
