[help] Need mp3 player with bookmark capability

I have a lot of audio books in mp3 format and need to be able to set bookmarks so I can pick up where I left off. iTunes is no help (at least that I could find). Anyone know of software on the Mac that I can use?

MP3s do not support bookmarking, and there's no way to convert MP3s to Audible files. The closest solution is to convert your MP3s to AAC M4As, then change the extension to M4B. This will allow you to use iTunes' Bookmarking feature.
