[Help] Lost a page about freelance web design tracking

Hey guys

I remember reading some months ago, a post in someone's blog about the way this person managed deadlines/writeoffs in his/her personal freelance projects. It had a sample form of the write off sheet given to the company working for to accept the different phases of the design...

I am (hopefully, pitch on sunday) about to enter a rather large freelance project (web design) and would like to refine my way of delivering phases (i call them modules ) and to keep my back safe from the ever feared "oh, could we just change the navigation again cause we just changed our mind?"

If anyone knows who posted this very insightful entry on his/her blog, i would be very thankful if you linked me back to it - other resources along the lines are, of course, very much appreciated too.
