Seeking Electroluminescent Wallpaper

I am still looking for wallpaper that looks electroluminescent, or

EL light type wallpaper.

You know the glowy dark or light blue effect?

I have been looking for wallpapers of this sort for years, but the effect is hard to mimic on lcd's.

Anyone know of any, in the meantime check this.

First pic is the better sapphire blue light edition. The other 2 are the standard aqua marine, they look better in these shots, but the sapphire blue edition actually is brighter and is the true el version.

No I wish it was mine,

I am looking for wallpapers that look like or have effects like an EL light type device.

Electroluminescent screens have a characterisic tone of blue.

I have been looking for wallpaper designs that also have this type of blue look, usually interlaced or somehow.

aarghh its hard to explain.

No man, I've just waded through (exactly) 1000 wallpapers at customize and deskmod, there is NO wallpaper exhibiting the characteristics I mention, damn my english has gone bye bye after prolonged wallpaper viewvign

this is electroluminescence

and the samirize script also shows it, but here the font is a solid black, in el screens it is a cloudy non uniform black-dark gray

all I'm looking for is a wallpaper with graphics of electroluminescent screens, perhaps, a 1024x768 blowup of a corner of an EL display on an mp3 player or a casio g-lock watch, or even a magellan gps unit,... i dont know.

all i need is that grainy, glowy, blue electroluminescent look

but what I actually mean is like a "screen read out"

like an el lcd screen readout.

Take any casio g-lock, hit the "light" button, and you see numbers and letters against a grainy bright blue glowing background.

Im looking for a wallpaper based on that! So my screen glows in the same way (sorta).

Maybe a 1024x768 (800%) blow up of say the top left corner of a g-lock screen.

I have yet to come across a wallpaper like that.

All wallpapers have fancy designs and art.

I think there would be something interesting about a minimalistic "el" grainy blue with lcd letters and numbers look. Provided it is done right.

Anyone feel with me?

Hey, just found this on one of the other threads, it's a link to a website that tells you how to make a bunch of things in photoshop, including one on how to make el lcd screens, or at least how take it within a user interface. This might be of help for you and maybe you can make what you are looking for yourself.
