help identifying this msstyle

I've looked in the msstyle releases and in many places on the internet, but I still can't find the msstyle used in the attached pic . Can anyone help me out?

isn't only Pm2k5 ? lol and yes there is a whole guikit for windowsblinds and there is pm2k5 for msstyle too
