I don't think those would be too bad for iTunes, it would be pretty slick to have an output to the stereo, and have a slew of songs in your car..
I actually saw the same done with an Audi and a Lexus..IS300 I think.
no point to do it for just mp3's you can get in car stereos that can read mp3's off cdr's.
but it'd be cool to use the gps on it.

all you need to do that is a simple FM transmitter (belkin Tunecast perhaps)
