Chuck is the guys name? Are you sure? I have never heard that before. Well, you learn something every day.
Chuck is the BDS Devil, REALLY! i didnt know either. when you search "BSD Chuck" yull find a lot! Not to many good ones though.

i found a few good JPGs and GIFs, but i wanted to make it the finder icon in the dock (and CandyBar would only make it show as the GIF or JPG icon). any suggestions about getting JPG or GIF into OS X icon format? i tried doing it in GraphicConverter, but i couldnt get it right 
oh well <_<
EDIT: i mean that i can get it to convert, but the background isnt transparent, so it shows up with a white background in my dock

1)Download pic2icon.
2)Convert the image to a png in Photoshop.
3)Drag the png to pic2icon.
4)Now the image has a preview.
5)Click cmd+I. click on the icon preview i the top left until there's a glow around it.
6)Press cmd+C.
7)Now open the file whose icon you want to change, and press cmd+I after single-clicking it.
8)Click the preview icon until there's a hazy glow. Press ctrl+v.

the problem is i want to use it for finder, so i cant "Get Info" it

or you could just download this icon set from Xicons.com.. (it'd save a good chunk o time)
by the way, the OS X guy is called 'Hexley' I believe..

Ahhhhh.... What Im gunna do is resize these pics and duct tape them to my jacket. Ill show a pic one day. I want pics of all types of OS's. I have an aqua X, and ill have my sistem sacn a windows box. one day ill post my jacket up! its awesome!

and thanks nexus for the Xicons link, i couldnt find it on there last night 
just wanted to update everyone, i got it the hexley icon for finder
also, note my new eject button (i was holding a CD on the desktop, i cropped the image to just show the dock), i had to work on that one a little bit
also, i actually found where Finder.app and Dock.app is kept: /System/Library/CoreServices
you probably cant make any changes unless you are logged in as root, but just letting everyone know
They can go f*** them-selves because they beat up somewone who is original!

yeah, i guess they didn't beat up my friend when he wore a duct tape suit completw with a duct tape hat, tie, pants, wallet, and belt. The only thing visible that wasn't duct tape were his shoes. That was awesome!
