[help] Css Cleaner app.

Does anyone know of an application that will search through a css file and clean it up?

i need it to: check to see which of the file's styles is used in a certain html file and five the option of deleting unused one; search through and combine styles that are the exact same ( useing comma's. ex: body , .header); and search through and find styles that dont do anything. (ex: .style { text-decoration: none; } )
