Hi !On the IconX webpage ( Link ) it says that IconX is free and you can contact the author for a free registration key. I tried it several times over the past few weeks but didn´t get a reply. Has anyone had luck ? Or an up to date email adress ? Thanks !

i have to say, i'd just forget about iconx. i did have it working at one point but then did a reformat and forgot to write down the code. i emailed that guy several times to re-get my code but never heard back. so, i guess it's dead. too bad, it's a cool litte app.

zeez, what are you trying to find? you have the link and i assume that when you say you've contacted johannes and haven't heard back that you already have his e-mail address. so, what are you trying to find????

sorry, thought you needed something above and beyond that. i think the e-mail address is good cuz it's not bouncing back. i think the guy is just lazy or doesn't care. okay, maybe he's just really busy.
as for asking for reg codes: even though the program is free, i think we need to respect the author's wish for us to register. if he doesn't reply, oh well, we have to find another program.

why dont you just use stardock's icon x? it looks like they are similar programs
Just in case anybody is still interested in this - i received an email with a serial today !! So email them it takes a long while but they will send you a s/n.
