Sorry to be a pain in the ass, I'm sure I'm missing something really obvious somewhere, but how do I get the properties of my drives on the desktop (like in this screeny http://www.deviantart.com/view/17545981/)
I'm not sure which piece of software I need, is it Sysstats for Avedesk? I have no idea, literally... I tried it and couldn't get it to work

all you need is avedesk, thats just a shortcut desklet thingie...

When starting avedesk, you'll see an icon in your taskbar: double-click it, and you'll see the avedesk properties window.
select desklets/add, and add a "pidlshortcut". This should get you starting 
Everyone has to start somewhere. I worked it out. Pretty easy after all.
That's the point about avedesk: it's all easy
