i think you go to Action->Replace Icon

you'll be presented with a list. scroll thru to find the volume icon.

replacing the icon is as simple by clicking the "Open file with new button icon".

hope that helps.

Dont forget that you'll probably have to replace the stobject.dll file in the dllcache folder too (a protected folder, you'll need to change a "view setting" in your folder options to see it!

you have to replace the "icon group", not only one icon in the tree called "icon". the "icon group" contains the several sizes of the icon, so your new icon will be used wherever it´s needed. when you replace the icon in "icon group", reshacker will replace every "instance" of it in the tree "icon" automatically.
