Looks like Synergy, which is only for Mac.

Hi, that was my desktop that got put up on OSX-E. The bar is a rip of the TLB controls linked to on this page, i just took the graphics and fiddled with them in PSP9. I then bunged them onto Objectbar as a shortcut link to Clamp.exe (a thing on the winamp site that gives commandline access to Winamp). Thus, they control my Winamp now. If you want all the hacked graphics, just PM me.
