Hi! Please help me on this! How do I change my mini folder icons and the desktop icon that appear on the open window of all the programs? Well, I use Iconworkshop and Iconpackager to customize my icons. Sometimes, right after I apply my changes, those take effect on the open dialog too, but only sometimes! I don't know how to solve this.

Make sure your going in individually on the edit section in iconpackager to make sure all your icons are consistent through out your system. However I notice this too when I find files through explorere they have changed to the ones I've selected and when I say double click to open a file in photoshop not all the icons have changed. You may have to go around and change what icons you can through properties and reshack the rest. I use icon builder plugin for photoshop. You have to run the filter several times to create an icon that is visable in 48 to 16 bit. It takes time but thats what customization is all about. Make sure your creating icons that are the same picture from 48 to 16 bit. Hope that helps a little.
