[help] Can't change my password

I'm not sure I posted the correct forum. If I'm wrong, please forgive me.

I don't know why I can't change my password. I'm sure that I inputted my correct present password and the new password two times. But the forum always return

"The password you have entered does not match your current one. Please press the back button, enter the correct details and try again. Don't forget that the password is case sensitive. Forgotten your password? Click here! "

Anybody know what's wrong ?
