Show Desktop Icons Shortcut

I was wondering if there was anyway you can create an shortcut to put in the windows taskbar, that Shows / Hides the desktop icons.

Instead of right clicking, arange icons by then Show Desktop Icons, you could just click on a shortcut beside the start menu.
