You can find it in Iceman's Mac OS X Soundpack, which can be found in Flyakite OSX 2.0. If you don't want to install the rest of Flyakite, you can just deselect everything except for the soundpack.
The startup sound of macs is not stored in the HDD under any obscure resource, its in the ROM. The best youll get is a recorded sound.

but now I already got it and like to share it with those ones who don't have it.
