I'm told that Visual Style does not skin the left side and that you need to hack the Shellstyle.dll using ResHack which will be replacing the bitmap 100-1033 through 107-1033...then what ?
I'm also told that there is a CSS file but which one is it (where is it?)and what do I need to do ?
and how does the theme.msstyle activate the modified shellstyle.dll
I've seen skins that come with the theme.msstyle and the shellstyle.dll and clicking on the msstyle file installs all including the shellstyle.dll no need to go to the Windows Folder and change anything.
Who is knowledgable enough with StyleBuilder and ResHack to give a step by step instruction? (don't be bashful pictures are worth 1000 words) Who is Skin Meister here ?
