[Request] Ultimate Mac OS X dock...

Could anyone combine certain docks (with permission) to create the ultimate dock? RK Launcher has the minimize effect...Y'z dock has the increase size by dragging and Moby Dock has the mac animation. has anyone realized this?

By "ultimate" do you mean, "the most realistic to OS X's" dock? The problem is that Y'z Dock is the most accurate OS X clone dock out there, and it got shut down by Apple. So any project to make the closest clone of the OS X dock will be shut down the moment Apple hears about it.

I bet you could get away with it if you made some kind of program launching application, and had skins for it...

For example, maybe the default skin could be luna-ish with a solid background, and when you launch a program, the icon spins around.

Then there are extra features, you can change the skins, icons, minimize effects, etc. Then make a Mac OS X theme for it...

You can get away with that.

Also keep it free and open-source.

There is no "ultimate dock", it`s all a matter of taste and what you want from a dock.

Also this has been discussed more than once in Aqua-Soft's history.
