[help] Backup

I want to backup my files on my PowerBook itself (not on an external hard drive). Is there a "Local Disk D" for Mac, where I can backup my files, and also how to do it?

i think you can partition the disk with the Disk Utility BUT you should never backup files on the same harddrive.

That's a bad idea and most/good backup software won't let you.
