[help] Menu Bar

Can anyone tell me how to put the user name between the clock and the spotlight icon on Tiger's menu bar?

Also, why am I unable to install windows media player?!!!

You need to enable Fast User Switching (System Preferences -> Accounts -> Login Options)

Did you download the version for Mac OS X? Also, do you have Admin privileges?

I did download the wmp OSX version, but afterwardes it said that there is no default application to open the file (.sit something). And, yes, it's my computer, I do have Admin privileges.

Oh, Stuff-it didn't come with Tiger. You need to download the Expander. Then you should be set to go.

Do Macs have a defalut firewall (like Windows), and if yes, how can I turn it on? I don't really want to install the Norton Firewall for Mac.
