how to add a program to the "Never minimized to RK launcher" ?

For some reason trillian acts funny when i minimize it to the dock so i want to exclude it from minimizing to the dock using the latest rk launcher beta. But under the exclusion tab in rk launcher, the add button does not work : , is there a way I can add it through the ini file rk launcher uses?

thanks

couldnt figure this out also...

you can't yet...

but it'll be a new build this weekend in which you'll be able to do that.

Great, thanks for the heads up :)

immunity, the weirdness you were talking about.. Was it the way a message window, once minimized, immediately restores itself the moment you click another window? That's the problem I'm having (build 141)--the window just will not stay minimized. The screenshot icon is still in the dock, too, so minimizing again creates a new one. Very odd behavior, but so far it's restricted to Trillian.

EDIT: I narrowed down the problem. It only occurs when a Trillian window is minimized, then another window is brought to focus before the pointer is brought over RKLauncher. If you hover the mouse over the dock, even for a second, it doesn't happen. Very odd, indeed.

So, was "never minimized" function added? Can't understand how to make it work... :-/

The "Add" button does not work and dragndrop also doesn`t.

Sadly, this feature was not added to the 141 release :( I'm sure Raduking will add it in as soon as he is ready :)!

darnit i was hoping for this feature to come out. patience.........gr...........:P

im trying to get limewire not to minimize to rklauncher and its obviously not a feature from reading these forums. any idea on when it will be an added feature?

I wonder if that can be enabled in built 152 by editing the conf file. One of the programs I always use (CDisplay to view Comics) likes to leave a minimized picture of it in rklauncher whenever I exit Cdisplay. So even though you can't do anything with the leftover in rklauncher it shows in there and clutters the display :)

But I guess it'll be the standard answer: be pateint :)

I'm beginning to think it's a more difficult thing to do than raduking originally thought; otherwise, I'm sure it would've made it into a build by now. I've learned to live with my iTunes doing it (IIRC, it has something to do with the multi-plugin I use for iTunes), so it doesn't really bother me anymore.

Very funny is that programs that have windows inside you can minimize those inside windows into rklauncher :)

Like Xnews, Dc++...
