Dashboard Gadgets ported to Konfabulator

Would it be too much to ask to have a selection of frames for the album art and maybe a hue saturation option to change the player's colors..... Great work nonetheless

If by a selection of frames you mean different skins for the album art I was hoping people would make some then I would just give you the option to use different ones same with the rating bezel.

And I will look into the saturation option also.

Also I gotta ask does everyone like the way I set up the context menu so that you can put whatever you want there?

And thanks to our friend SioSae I should be able to have playlist support on the backside now but I wont be able to get to it till this weekend.

Well one bug, long songs that are 10 minutes or over, the time is cut off at the end.

Not sure if this is a bug or not, but the volume button can be spun forever.

Also, how do you get the "spectrum analyzer" to show?

the "spectrum analyzer" is just for show as it is in the dashboard widget.You will have to open the iSleep panel and click the EQ button then it will only show will in the play mode.

Oh I think I forgot to tell you the opacity of the player and the artwork window "cannot" be seperated yet these are features that will work in the next update of k which is due in a week or two so those are not bugs if anyone notices it.

I have got another bug:

if you got a track name that is longer than the info Panel, it doesn't start to show the title at the beginning, but in the middle so you can't see the Behinning of the track e.g.

when the song is called "shorty (put it on the floor) feat. Chingy", it starts like this

"ut it on the floor) feat. " then it scrolls untill it looks like this:

") feat. Chingy shor" and starts in the middle again

so you can never see something like this:

"shorty (put it on the fl..."

sorry for my bad english, but i hope you could understand it and will fix it

hey, i just thought I'd let everyone know:

I've got to much to do (personal problems, work, spotlight .NET...etc), to work on widgets, and what I have is too tightly knit together to be worth the trouble repairing and releasing. I feel like my brain's gonna explode with all the stuff I'm tackling.

I may release the stock widget at some point, since that isn't too tighltly integrated with the dashboard bar and rest of the widgets, but that'll be in a while.

I'm looking for Dashboard wigets for AVEDESK and have only found stickies. I would love to have a Dashboard calkulator and Date book calendar for AVEDESK

And my World Clock: I got the same Widget twice, so one is called "copy of alarm_world_clock.widget" and the other one (only a Copy) "alarm_world_clock.widget".

If I had to guess, just from the screen shot, I'd say that he is using more then one program for his "Dashboard" setup. By making your background darker (or putting a transparent avedesk black desklet), you get the dashboard screen look, then you can use widgets from kapsules, konfabulator and avedesk (plus anyothers) and have it look right.

But thats just my guess. From the screen shot.

Ok Dashboard iTunes beta3 is ready this has everything the previous beta had plus now you can set the body color,the display color and hue and saturations, Try it out let me known of any bugs and or suggestions.

the calculator uses images for its themes I can do that but it uses more memory for the images.With this you can change the color and then below that the hue and saturation, I thought this way you could all mix whatever colors you want.If people prefer I can change it to use images instead but it would be alot more coding I would want to look at itunes bar and the way it handles skins(keeps them out of memory until used). Also next version will have some new graphics and an options panel to access the most common options without going into preferences.

agreed I will see about getting that working, actually I was doing that and I got side tracked didnt finish working the bugs out . I prefer letting it add the artwork to iTunes.I will also try an add drag and drop to the album art widget in case it cant find the art on the web.
