I'm not sure what is telling some menus to skin with whatever windowblinds I'm using and other ones not to. It's not the manifest for xp themeing, it's not options in wb (they're all checked anyhow), and it almost seems random.
I rebooted this morning and now the menu for RKlauncher is looking good where as before it didn't and some menu's in the systray come out right and others don't. I need continuity.
