As Wizard and Infinity mentioned, this is not the right topic name, try to be informative (thanks for the topic title, wiz). Also, this belongs in the digital studio, use the techniques for whatever you please but they are not only wallpaper techniques.

I really don't think that [helo] is a valid tag... learn to use the tag system, also "How To..." isn't exactly a particularly helpful title for people...
For some abstract, I have found Clouds and Gaussian Blur (to get the subtle tone changes) can create nice effects with multiple layers. Just mess with the Layer Settings to get the look you want to. It's kind of out of your control when you use Clouds, but sometimes it can come up with really nice things.
If you want to have some type of soft lines (like the default Panther screen), there is a plug-in for PhotoShop that I use to have. I don't have it with me, so I will need to search for it on my other computer. I'll get back to you on that.
As Infinity bluntly put it, your thread title is not very informative. I am sure "helo" is a typo for "help," but also "How to..." is not helpful to us either. Something like "[Request] Abstract PhotoShop Tutorials" or similar would suffice. For some help on tagging, check out the link in my sig.
use the path tool and add inside or outside glow via layer effects..
Im very sory guys, it was very dumb from me to put the title of this thread like that... but the tag was not [helO] ... it was [helP] notice that i wanted to write help not helo, i guess i misspelled the "o" by a "p" and i wrote "helo" by error, my bad but... begging you for apollogies Sehp. Im kinda ****ie here to this forums so plz forgive me...

dont worry about it man! This place has turned into tag-soft these days...... Its pretty frikin obvious that you meant help, it only takes 1 second to glance at a keyboard and work that one out......
Anyways hope you have more success with the Photoshop stuff!
