Mixed Drive Set...and Copyright Question/Answer?!?

Here is my last Icon Set...some Drives.

AND NO, i have NO PERMISSION from PIONEER, from LG, from KINGSTON, from SEAGATE or the others...

AND NO, i have NO PERMISSION from APPLE to use the WP for my "Buckle"-Creation...

To the people they convict me...what is with my work and ideas?

[the original author may not be as happy]...the original Author?...from what? Example donzee, he made the TC Disk, OK, but the Disk is a Idea from GHISLER...and not from a people that makes a new Disk with a Shine Effect. I have respect to dozees work and respect to the work from all other BUT they are in the most situation NOT the original Author!

Example the "@" Sign...hwo is the original Author? And how many People uses this Sign in their Icons, WPs or other Stuff?...violation of COPYRIGHT?

Not sure I understood what you're talking about, but...

Technically your icons are copyright infringement because you're using copyrighted photographs, and you didn't cite the original authors.

Yes, i think this is my biggest problem...my bad english

I have talk with many peoples, here in Germany and they mean the same what i mean...but i wrote it maybe wrong ?!?

Result is, i was a little bit angry and a solution is not in sight...i stop my work complete, sorry.

Either i failed understanding what they mean or the other failed understanding what i mean...amusing is, in german all People understand.
