[help] [Request] System Customization

I'm trying to get the look and feel of Windows to that of Apple's OSX Tiger. I currently use FlyaKite OSX 2.0 and RK Launcher for the dock. I was wondering for any suggestions (freeware) of what applications I can use to complete the process.

• Windows Explorer replacement/hack to emulate that of OSX's Finder.
  
• Replacement/hack to replace or imitate OSX's finderbar (Window's taskbar)
  
• Application that uses fade transitions of wallpapers
  
• Widget system that is like Dashboard on Tiger
  
• Gaim mod to appear more like iChat
  
• Picasa 2 skin
  
• Sunbird skin
  

And anything else that you would feel helpful.

And before anyone sics Unbeliver on me, I did do thourough searches for the above requests.
