to sum up the whole thing: Some guys build an emulator that can emulate Apple's famous Mac OS on Windows and other types of OS, they call it PearPC and its open-source. Some other geek somewhere in Hawaii rips it off and sells it for 50$ calling it CherryOS and using his other product, some kind of streaming video to promote CherryOS as well as his VX30 streaming video. PearPC guys get angry and piss the Hawaian dude by proving that he stole code: Hawaian dude paints himself in a corner and closes CherryOS.
