Aqua-Soft ForumsMirandaIM is killing me! I see all the cool mods and skins and whenever I try them its just no go. I have made a post before in regard’s to this and I think the person who linked me to a tutorial but it simply did not answer anything.
I have installed MirandaIM using the official installer and installed ‘ieview’ and ‘tabsmm’ plugins, I did not really change any of the settings. Now I am trying to use this skin called "Crystal Port 1.0" ( http://www.miranda-im.org/download/details...iewfile&id=1992 ); I extracted it and looking at the README file and the installation instructions dont make any sense to me.
How to install it------------------

| How do I install this? (assuming you have IEView set up properly)
| 1) Extract the files using 7zip, Winrar, or XP's built in ZIP support
| (anything that can extract .ZIPs properly will do) to any folder
| > It is -recommended- to extract in the Miranda folder.
| 2) Go to the IEView options and go to the Templates tab.
| 3) Browse (...) for the folder BigIcons that you should have remembered
| and double click the desired .ivt file (in Crystal folder).
| 4) Hit Apply and start chatting!
NOTE: To see your avatar just replace the included myavatar.png
It says to basically open the Templates tab in the Options under IEView plugin section, browse to the skins folder and select any .ivt file. When I go there and put a check next to "Use template-based HTML builder" and browse for the theme leaving the RTL template one blank (what is that even?) and click Apply the Instant Message window does not change.
What am I doing wrong and what am I suppose to do?! Oh, and where to I do I get clist_nice?
