Change Ie Favorite Icons

Is there any easy way to change all the icons from the normal "e" to an icon I have.? I am talking about the icons that are next to my favorite places in IE.

Theres a few places to change em. The best one I can think of that you want is url.dll. Also go to mshtml.dll and the Internet Explorer.exe. Someone can probably tell you more dlls than me.
