Resources from an old Avedesk widget

I know that someone has to have the resources of this widget, because I have seen the CD case everywhere...but I can't find it now. The widget was a "BZskin" or something like that and it had the following CD case:

I used to have the widget on my PC, but when I did a restore a while back, I forgot to save it. I know that "BZ" did not make the CD case and that someone else did. Any help would be great!
