well, i searched around and found this. i reinstalled ad (v1.2) and sysstats (v2.5.3) and made sure to replace all instances of commeters.spl (c:program filesavedeskdockletssysstatsplugins and c:program filesyz_dock83sysstatsplugins) even though i'm not really using sysstats on y'z right now. still, i'm getting this:
it is only weather dockets that are giving me errors, afaict. so, through sheer mind power, i will judge to see this thread and help me! (or anyone else, for that matter...)

Have you tried using SysStats 2.5.4 ?
i didn't know there was a 2.5.4. it doesn't appear to be at dockex (it's 2.5.3 there), and i don't see it here under sysstats or avedesk. google only gets me 2.5.3 also. so... 
alternately, i can't seem to find scrolling weather anywhere. if someone's got a link...

okay. i downloaded everything fresh.
i deleted: entire avedesk folder; usernameapplication dataavedesk folder; sysstats folder from y'z folder
i expanded avedesk 1.2 into 'program files' folder
i expanded systats 2.5.4 into 'docklets' folder
as soon as i select scrolling weather, BAM!! commeters error still.
i am accepting any and all ideas, no matter how silly. oh judge, why have you forsaken me?

oh xml errors.. i never got any errors on mine.. systats would just never show anything or it would just crash..
i thought the commeters.spl was like the wrong one or something happened to it..
