search for finderexplorer

#280826

um i'd prefer not to use a third party app...is there a theme to make the buttons look like they do on the mac?

anyway i can't find finderexplorer anywhere on google

#280835

umm if ur referring to finderexplorer then ur mistaken, its not a 3rd part app.

its a combination of y'z toolbar and a background image

finderexplorer and styler are the only ways to get it to look like a mac

o cool... sorry about that...anyway i can't seem to find finderexplorer can you give me a link?

#280840

....o come one don't leave me in suspense here...does anyone have a link to finderexplorer?

heres the thread regarding the finderexplorer method - http://www.aqua-soft.org/board/showthread....hlight=spybreak

furthermore many guikits and vs include finderexplorer bmps and y'z toolbar theme to complement them

mostly susumus themes and a few others like chlorine :D - http://www.deviantart.com/view/14997577/

THAT SCREWED UP MY PC BIG TIME LOL- i did what the tutorial said and what happened was horrible....i had lost all of my buttons and i was ledt with a flurry of buttons scattered across my explorer windows....and to top it off as soon as i used replacer my norton antivirus went balistic and caused everything to go to a grinding halt...maybe a new tutorial has to be produced for the people who don't know what they are doing- ie (in this case) me!

can someone please tell me how to install a finderexplorer theme in detail for win xp sp2 final....also can you tell me if i can easily revert back to a normal y'toolbar theme?

#280967

u gotta stop double posting

run the reg file ive attached to get rid of the file edit view menu

then grab tweakui from microsoft and set the finderexplorer bmp as the toolbar background, and obiously use the y'z toolbar theme provided

its pretty simple, i dont know why you havent been able to figure it out

yes just enable the address bar if u want it back

#281242

yes um i tried this and the address bar(not that i had it there in the first place) and the menu bar went away...but the buttons don't line up...also there is hardly and functionality...al i have is a back button that works...someone told me that there was a way to make the buttons work as well as look good with finderexplorer

#281312
