I see all the cool MirandaIM mod’s but I can not seem to get any of them working! Is there any tutorial or a step-by-step guide on how to do all of those cool things?

it might be a bit outdated as the guy doesnt update...but look through the thread and you'll see some screenshots of the actual options screen where the most important settings for those things are.
Also, Vitaly, that first screenshot you posted is actually Mac OS X Tiger and Adium X, not Miranda IM.
