Download baghira. The newest version is 6e and it's very stable. There You'll find classic style window decoration and you'll be able to customize kde style to suit your needs. And one more thing. Download tarball not rpm. Compile it yourself. You'll need qt-devel and kde-devel packages to be present in your distro.
