Aqua-Soft ForumsThis program is designed to search your computer for a file, or extension that you specify in the search bar. It is disigned to be used with a tiger object bar theme. At this moment of development the program can only search one drive or partition at a time. If you double click the search form a drive letter dialog form will appear where you can change the drive letter searched. Also the result form at this time can not scroll horizontally so the results get cut off. I am working on this at this right now. This program doesn’t function quite as well as Spotlight©. It is by no means very fast. Its not slow and it runs better after a few searches, but it has some problems. I am also not sure about the placement on screens bigger or smaller then 1024x768 and I believe it is stuck at the upper right hand of the screen. So any help on window placement on the fly in VB6 would be great. I will work on it as long as I can. I ship out to Navy boot camp on Sunday (May 8th 2005). I hope to get it to search at least all the physical drives with out changing the drive letter before I go. Any question can be emailed to me at shadowofzeus@yahoo.com.

I have fixed the horizontal scroll problem. There is now a horizontal scroll bar. So your results will not get cut off.
