I really really really really really need an idea for an invention for my CAD class... I simply can't pull anything out of my rear... It has to be something "mechanical" and something that still isnt invented... [god damn my teacher// hate him/// HATE HATE HATE!!!]

Hells yeah or like a gundam, or just any robot for that matter. If you have to do a presentation, people will be much more intrested in something cool like a robut then some crappy portatoaster

Make a smart card reader adaptor for the iPod through which you can pay on the iTunes store if you dont have a credit card. (and when the card comes out - its polished)
Dunno what to make, but whatever you do, make it out of brushed aluminium with perforations in strategic places.
I think I'm gonna go w/ Hobbes' idea... Polishing stuff is nice, and plus I like when iMacs and iBooks and iPods, and all other Apple stuff is shiny
