program/bat cmd that can refresh the systray???

hmm well ive been trying to figure out a way to refresh the icons in the systray so that all invalid icons gets removed..

like if avedesk or od gets force quited the icons stay unless you mouse over..

just trying to find a better way for this since when other people use my comp they think its messed up or something..
