(Help) Reinstart Mac osx

HI!, i am now reinstart my mac, and during the process, it ask me to select the "Format Disk as" Mac osx Extended (Journaled) or UNIX File System

So which one should i choose? PLease help!

Choose mac OSX extended, that is the regular mac format!!!

i'm guessing he doesnt speak english well, so he probably used an automatic translator to find out how to say reinstall, but got reinstart instead
