It might be just me, but I spotted and downloaded a Brushed theme from mozilla, and it's fecking great. Works perfectly and no silly tabextension install etc. needed. If this is old news, I'm sorry, just delete this post.

The Safarifox themes don't require TabExtension. TabExtension is only used to put the close buttons on the tabs instead of on the right end of the tab bar.
Infact, that theme suffers from just as many problems as SafariFox without TabExtensions. I just installed it and none of the icons line up correctly.
hmm thnx for the news but that theme is a bit buggy, or at least in my firefox window doesnt looks that nice. Need some improovement

Because there should be no alignment problems within my theme except you put main navigation buttons onto Personal or Menutoolbar...

All Safari style skins suffer from problems out of the control of the skin author, minor settings changes in Firefox when it's installed can cause errors once the theme is installed. Just look at the amount of problems I'm having fixing TabExtensions so that it works for everyone, each person is getting different results and errors simply because some updated whereas others used a fresh install.
I would love to do screenshots but as what caused the error in your skin then caused all the SafariFox skins I had to become unusable I don't want to spend another 2 to 3 hours in IE getting the files I need to fix Firefox again. Sorry.
