yea thanks for the link. I wonder what the point is recalling the copies of the OS that were released a week early. I mean, they'll just have to reship them in a week, and they can't force you to format your computer to erase the OS, and even then you really should have a backup copy of every peice of software you buy....

You could always you photoshop, crop the left and right sides off till it's 4:3 resolution, then scale down to 1024x768. It'll take you less than 5mins including application boot up time. =)

The build date and version number are probably different. I wouldn't be surprised if the software update server refused to update the ones that shipped earlier. This is of course, just my speculation.

It seems to me it isn't a WindowBlinds theme. Looks like it is a Royal Inspirat or Royal Inspirat SE Visual Style (I don't remember exactly which of them has a 'Blue Start button' substyle). You can find these Visyal Styles at StefanKa's dA.

Edit: Just had a look over the Royal Inspirat VSs by StefanKa... Hmm, maybe the one on the picture is just an ordinary Royal VS by Microsoft .
