webcam software for windows and mac

I recently ran into a problem getting my webcam (on my windows PC) to umm "work" with a mac on the other end. We tried all kindsa chat software none of them would work (aim, MSN, yahoo). Anyone know of any software that works for webcaming from a windows PC to a mac?

I video chat with my Fiancee almost every day. She uses AIM, I use iChat. No problems there.

No. MSN Messenger does not have the video conferencing feature in mac os.
