Need help w/ MBM 5 meters w/ sys stats 2.5?

I used to run sys stats 1.0 w/ the the free version of ObjecDock along time ago. 1.0 came w/ configs that all you had to do was load. 2.5 does not. Would somebody be generous enough to walk me thru setting up mbm 5 configs from scratch? Thanks.
