iTunes' backgrounds at the moment, to my knowledge, are still ported from their mac counterparts and iTunes mac at the moment doesn't allow for skinning of the brushed/main background. Although iTunes skinner and the new multiplugin on the PC seems to have surpassed that, so either yourself build a skin file to your specifications or wait/beg someone else to do it for you.
